Law 62/2001 is a repressive abuse, thus all the raised protests, criticism and public concerns are absolutely understandable.
Further more, this law is poorly conceived, confused, hard to “read”, and substantially countered (while not “cancelled”) by Government statements that followed its approval.
Neither this site nor its content fall into “newspaper” or “magazine”.
This site and its content are published freely, with no paid “registration” or “subscription” whatsoever. They are not for profit, and ain’t – and don’t ask for – State funding or other monies provided by Italian press regulation.

Do you copywrong?
As for the copyright issues, we basically dislike a music-industry-based “proprietary approach”. If somebody wants to copy and share our music for personal and non commercial purposes, he’s welcome, as he’s welcome if he (freely) does choose to give us some monies.
What we are absolutely against (and will hunt down with no mercy) is the “steal” of moral rights and the unauthorized use of our music for commercial or any other use involving money. There is no reason in the world allowing someone else to claim either credits or profit from our work. For the very same reason, we don’t re-sample other artists music, unless specifically authorized.
To do so, we must affirm and retain copyrights on all our stuff, including this website and its contents (apart for the wordpress-based infrastructure and theme).
Data protection, privacy and so on…
We neither share nor trade personal information. We don’t give away addresses of people who write us. We neither SPAM nor allow whoever to SPAM. This website might send you some cookie, but it happens for access statistics purposes and there is no “hidden profiling.” To put it short: we respect privacy and we don’t allow SPAM.
