Is a little &#8220;boomy&#8221; on low frequencies (but we still need to try a different positioning) while the cantini are crystal clear, anyway everything can be dealt with in post. Sure, you can get a better sound by using the usual &#8220;monster mics&#8221; whose cost is tenth times those of the CC100: does it really worth?<\/p>\n<p>A trend is definitely emerging: as it already happened in the computer industry or in the photography realm, in the music hardware compartment it is no more necessary to buy premium brands to get more-than-adequate performance. A Leica will always be &#8220;the one&#8221; as is the Neumann U87.
